London-based New Zealand author Eva Wyles joins Thursday host Emma Gleason to discuss Deliverywoman, Eva's new book of short stories, which she's currently touring around Aotearoa. The two discuss the art of observational writing, how a sense of humanity can be found in people and places, plus what's good about Wellington. She also recommends some great books: Secret Heart and Bug Week by Airini Beautrais, Audition by Pip Adam, The Book of Guilt by Catherine Chidgey, Temporary by Hilary Leichter, and Tenth of December by George Saunders.

You can see her at Time Out bookstore on February 20 for the Deliverywoman book tour, where she'll be interviewed by Saraid de Silva. Eva will also be at Christchurch's Scorpio Books on March 3.
