This super easy to make cocktail requires just four key ingredients, a shaking device (don't be afraid to improvise if you don't have a boston shaker) and some ice.
Gwilym makes a White Lady with Cointreau. The White lady is a classic 1930's sour which pre-dates the margarita. This is a real crowd pleaser with Jonny & Big Hungry. It's absolutely delicious and oh so easy to make!

Mat from Thomson Whisky makes his Copper Tone concoction that he came up with featuring ice from a yoghurt container, mandarin syrup because it’s in season and lemons that want to be limes.
